AutoVaults are designed to remove governance friction while preserving optimized outcomes. The core value proposition is simple: Stake and chill.
Instead of manually voting each epoch, claiming rewards, and converting tokens, AutoVaults handle everything for you automatically. Simply stake your xREX, select your preferred reward token, and let the system do the rest.
How It Works
The system operates in three straightforward steps:
1. Stake xREX
Deposit your xREX into the AutoVault. Your staked position will be used to vote on gauges automatically each epoch.
2. Select Reward Token
Choose your preferred reward token from the available options:
WETH - Wrapped Ethereum
USDC - USD Coin stablecoin
mUSD - mUSD stablecoin
LINEA - Linea native token
Additional reward tokens may be added based on demand and available liquidity.
3. Relax
The vault continuously votes using optimized strategies that run in the background without user intervention. No more weekly voting, no more swapping, no more decisions.
Voting Methodology
AutoVaults use a mathematically optimized voting strategy that maximizes returns for depositors:
- Mathematical Optimization - Votes are allocated for maximum fee capture across available gauges
- Continuous Execution - Voting occurs automatically each epoch without user intervention

Exit Mechanics
AutoVault deposits can be withdrawn at any time with no penalties. When you unstake, you will receive your xREX back to your wallet.
Unlike some staking mechanisms, AutoVaults do not impose any lock-up periods. Your xREX remains liquid and can be withdrawn whenever you need it.
Getting Started
- Navigate to the AutoVaults page on Etherex
- Connect your wallet
- Select the amount of xREX to deposit
- Choose your preferred reward token
- Confirm the transaction
Your position will begin earning optimized rewards from the next epoch.
